My name is Vahid Mahdavi — a professional TV producer with over 15 years of experience, and a full-stack developer who knows exactly how to build strong CVs. For years, I've created job applications and resumes for friends, always focused on strategy, clarity, and success.

I moved to London in search of new opportunities. But in 2023, after the TV channel I worked for was shut down, I found myself starting over — from scratch.

At first, I blamed myself. I kept rewriting my CV. I questioned my skills. I worked harder. But nothing changed. And over time, I started to break.

I went through months of intense stress, anxiety, and depression. I stayed awake at night replaying everything I could've done differently. I stopped seeing myself as capable. I felt guilty, useless, and angry — not just at the system, but at myself.

The hardest part? We had just become parents.

With a new baby in our arms and bills to pay, the pressure multiplied. The idea of being strong and stable for my family became a heavy burden. Every rejection email — or worse, every silence — chipped away at my confidence. I felt like I was failing not just myself, but my wife and my daughter.

Then came the final straw.

I applied to a position at MediaVision Productions — they were looking for an experienced filmmaker. Not only had I made a multi-part award-winning documentary on similar projects, but I had trained people on the exact tools and software they used. I was the ideal candidate.

Still, I was rejected by an automated email. No interview. No feedback. Nothing.

So I built Sniff Job AI.

As a full-stack developer, I designed an AI model that analyzes job listings, detects red flags, and helps people like me avoid the trap. It's not just about scoring job posts — it's about giving people back their time, their confidence, and their hope.

Together with my wife Farideh Zahedi, we built this platform for everyone who feels invisible, exhausted, and defeated by a system that doesn't care.

Our company, CVP Chat Ltd, was founded in 2023. Today, we build smart AI platforms that support job seekers, improve transparency, and help people apply with confidence — not fear.
